It recognizes their innovative ideas and unwavering drive as they transform industries, fuel economic growth, and inspire positive change around the world. In India, Tamil Nadu leads the charge, boasting a remarkable 13% of women entrepreneurs contributing to the state’s thriving economy.

Despite their growing presence, women still encounter obstacles such as limited access to funding, markets, and societal expectations.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Post-graduate degree in the field of Company Secretaryship / Business Administration /Agriculture / Food Technology / Technology / Engineering Science or equivalent from any recognised university

Experience

• 10+ years adequate experience in the field of Enterprises Development / Innovation Promotion / Business Incubation.
• Project Management skills to effectively plan, execute, and evaluate initiatives, managing resources and timelines.
• Value chain analysis and an understanding of value addition products for various commonly traded commodities.
• Good analytical skills, strong verbal and written communication skills andproficiency in the use of analytical tools.
• Preference will be given to candidates with proficiency in both Tamil and English.
